One standout feature of the new ALT-ST Pocket Door System is its easy installation process. Unlike traditional pocket doors that can be complicated to install, this new system is designed for simplicity and longevity. ALT-ST is designed to avoid door sagging, a common issue with pocket doors over time. Sugatsune’s engineers have incorporated an ‘anti-sagging’ function into the design. The adjustment bar offers five different angles to adjust the hanging angle of the door. By simply lifting the door during installation, users can set the perfect angle for an optimal look. No need to rely on outside help - anyone can easily adjust the door themselves.

In addition to preventing sagging, ALT-ST offers smooth and noiseless movement regardless of door insertion speed. For added safety and convenience, both models come equipped with soft-closing Olympia hinges included in the system - no need for extra parts or accessories.
